What Happens Next

Once registered, members are directed to the Community Hub, which acts as the main access point for updates, opportunities, and next steps.

From the Community Hub, members can:

• apply for a Spotlight feature
• submit music for airplay and consideration
• join the Discord server
• stay updated on news, specials, giveaways, and future opportunities

Discord Access

For anyone taking part in Spotlight, joining the Discord server is a required part of the process.

This helps ensure:

• smoother communication
• better coordination
• faster answers to questions
• a more connected and professional experience throughout the process

Mandatory One-to-One Onboarding

Anyone moving forward with Spotlight must complete a one-hour one-to-one onboarding session.

This session is designed to:

• answer questions clearly and directly
• walk through expectations
• explain the process from start to finish
• reduce confusion or delays later on
• create a stronger working relationship from the beginning

Participation Standards

CCAN Radio is built around real effort, real participation, and real follow-through.

This is not a passive sign-up system or a free-access opportunity where people can register and disengage. If you are accepted into Spotlight or another structured feature, you are expected to:

• respond in a timely manner
• complete requested steps
• attend scheduled sessions
• respect agreed dates and deadlines
• participate in good faith

If a date is booked, or a required action is assigned as part of the process, participants are expected to follow through and stay committed.

Why This Matters

This system exists to protect the quality of the platform, support artists properly, and make sure opportunities are taken seriously by everyone involved.

The goal is not simply to give access.

The goal is to build a committed and well-supported creator community.
